When you submit the enquiry form, the information entered is transmitted securely to the website and stored in its protected hosting database so that VERTEANA can review and respond. The public form does not accept file uploads.
Please do not send passports, bank statements, tax returns or other sensitive or confidential documents until appropriate engagement and secure communication arrangements have been agreed.
3. Technical information
The hosting provider may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, request time, device information and security logs. This website does not currently use advertising pixels or non-essential analytics.
4. Purpose and retention
Information voluntarily sent in an enquiry may be used to respond, understand the nature of the request and assess whether a further conversation is appropriate. It is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or as required by applicable law.
5. Third-party services
The form uses the website hosting infrastructure and, where enabled, a transactional email provider to notify VERTEANA of a new enquiry. Links to Telegram and email services take you to platforms operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy notices. No Telegram widget, advertising tracker or third-party scheduling widget is embedded on this website.
